断层图象插值的二维形变法

摘 要
提出了一种新的二维断层图象层间插值方法。该方法将有向距离变换和二维形变理论应用于断层图象的层间插值,继而应用于三维重建。该插值方法有3个步骤。首先,计算目标形状的位置和方向;其次,计算目标形状的距离映射图,并进行形状变换,最后,用迭代法对目标的位置和方向进行线性插值,对形状进行非线性插值。文中给出该插值方法应用于模拟图象和MRI图象的形状插值和三维重建的结果。

Abstract
We present a novel 2D metamophosis technique,which uses a distance map to link two shapes.There are three steps.Firstly,the position of a shape is calculated.Secondly,the shape is blended with a distance map.Finally an iterative process isused to linearly interpolate the positions and orientations,and non-linearly interpolate the shapes using morphology.The proposed 2D metamorphosis technique is used for slice interpolation with MRI stack images.The result of shape blending and 3D surface displayingis given.
