在0≤(R，G，B≤1)的条件下，首次推导出基色编码器的信号设计公式，可以满足不同类型和编码方式的电视测试信号的要求；同时，给出了部分典型测试信号的设计示例和实验结果。随着多媒体视听业务的迅速发展，此可编程控制的设计技巧，将会成为开发高级视听测试设备的首选方法。

In this paper, under the condition of {0 (R,G,B) 1}, a set of explicit formulas for designing TV test signals of primary-color encoder have been derived, which can meet the demands of television test signals with different types and encoding modes. In addition, some typical test signals’examples and the results of experiment are given. With quick development of multimedia audiovisual services, this programmable design technique illustrated in this paperwill be a prefered method used for developing advanced videotest devices in a nearfuture.
