PCB板检测中的定位研究
摘 要
对PCB的自动检测在信息化时代显得更为重要，该文对检测的关键步骤探针定位进行了研究。其基本原理是利用Hough交换将边缘检测后的不连续边缘象素连接起来，最后达到判断出标志形状和位置的目的。

Hough transform is one of the most useful methods to detect the location of a certain mark whose type is already known. In this paper Hough transform is used to detect the circle mark on a printed circuit board in order to find the circuit error in the PCB inspection system.
