The speed of this model is not only as fast as JPEG's, but this model increases the SNR of restored image, In the applicable compression range of JPEG's, the Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) of our model is about 0. 2-1. 4dB higher than JPEG's, especially for remote sensing images.
