Based on the analysis of the properties of the fractal block--coding, the authors point out that the special fractal block-coding is capable to the high level resolution details from the low level resolution details. Then, a simple decoding method in which the decoding iteration needs only finite steps is presented. According to this idea, we show a more general method that constructs the high level resolution details from the low level resolution details.
