基于波小变换的视频编码算法

摘要

针对小波变换域特有的图象数据结构，对视频编码算法提出了若干改进策略。实验表明这些改进的编码方法有利于图象压缩的提高和视觉效果的改善。

Abstract

Automatic registration is an important technique of remote sensing multi-image processing.To overcome the draw backs of existing approaches in application, this paper presents a method which is simple and effective, this method can achieve an accuracy up to 0. 1 pixels.
