用于遥感图象分类的神经网络的构造

摘 要
径向基子数神经网络和多层感知器神经网络具有相似的拓扑结构,它们大都用于目标的分类。对两种模型进行了比较,提出了一个构造径向基函数神经网络分类器的有效方法,并把构造的分类器用于遥感图象的分类实验,取得了比较好的结果。

Abstract
Radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) and multilayer perceptron neural network (MPNN) are very similar with topologic structure.They play very similar roles in providing techniques for approximating arbitrary nonlinear function mappings between multi dimensional space.Two models are compared in this paper.This paper describes a method to construct an RBFNN classifier by a fast clustering algorithm and computes the optimal weights between the middle layer and output layer statistically.We applied the proposed method to construct a RBFNN classifier for remote sensing image classification.The experiment showed that the method could construct classifier quickly and the performance of the classifier was better than others.
