A computer automated system, include static and dynamic sperm image analysis system, developed for object assessment of human sperm density and velocity, which identifies the motility. The hardware sample the static sperm image and dynamic sperm, while the software can recognize the number of sperm in the static image and calculate the skeleton of the track of the sperm. Then the clinical manifestation information will be calculated from the result. The system is helpful to the sperm quality analysis.
