PACS中的三维小波图象压缩

摘 要
满足医学影象临床诊断需要的无失真压缩编码技术的研究是图象压缩研究的新领域,也是PACS系统和远程医疗诊断系统研究的热点之一。该文提出将三维小波压缩技术应用于CT,NRI等所产生的多帧断层图象,把二维医学序列图象组视为三维图象进行了研究,并提出了一套完整的,切实可行的三维小波压缩方案。通过实验证明,三维小波压缩技术大大优于目前PACS中最常用的二维JPEG编码和二维小波压缩技术。

Abstract
Research on nonnoise coding method serving the needs of medicaldiagnosis is a new field in PACS,CT and MRI scanners provided lotsof 3D images everyday. In this paper, a three dimensionalm edical images compression method based on 3D wavelet transform is proposed.The 2D medicalim age group is regarded as 3D image. The authors expatiate on several questions which must be paid attention to in 3D wavelet transform, and an integrity 3D wavelet transform coding method is proposed.The experimental result shows this 3D coding method can offset the failure of2Dcoding method in PACS perfectly.
