打包技术是一种有效的、重要的抗误码技术。针对离散片打包方法的局限性,本文在研究传统的光栅扫描打包方法和新近的离散片方法的基础上,将两者的优点相结合,提出了一种新颖的基于多趟跳跃扫描的离散打包方法。由于该打包方法对离散后的宏块按照一定的规律进行了多次扫描,从而突破了离散片算法基于固定宏块数目的局限性,实现了优化的、离散的基于比特数的打包。

Packet algorithm is one of important effective technology against error.In this paper,a new scattered packet algorithm based on multiple jumpy scans is proposed,which combines the advantages of traditional raster-order scan and recent scattered slices.The proposed packet algorithm,which scans the scattered macroblocks in certain order,overcomes the limitation of macroblock's fixed numbers in scattered slices,and implements excellence scattered packets in term of bit numbers.
