低数码率视频压缩编码及全软件H.263视频通信系统研究
摘 要
此文探讨了低数码率图象编码的特点，对ITU-T图象编码标准H.263的选择项进行了讨论，给出了与H.261算法的对比结果，介绍了清华大学基于奔腾CPU的全软件H.263视频通信系统。

With the comparison between the H.261 and H.263,the properities of the low bitrate image sequence coding are discussed in this paper.Test sequences are used to compare the advantages of H.263 over H.261,as well as the coding efficiency of the options in H.263.A video communication system based on H.263 code using Pentium CPU,is introduced.
