子带编码中信号对称延拓的研究

摘要

有限长度的信号通过滤波器造成信号长度扩展或截断失真。文中分析了对称延拓对分析/合成系统的影响，提出了子带编码中的信号优化对称延拓方法及滤波器相移限定，在不扩展信号长度的情况下得到处时为0的完全重构的信号。

Symmetric Extension in Subband Coding

Abstract

Finite\|length input signal will introduce extension or distortion in wavelet transform. Analyzing the impact of symmetric extension on analysis/synthesis system, this paper presents optimal symmetric extension of finite\|length input signal and delay of filters in subband coding which produces perfect reconstruction and overall zero\|delay.
